Devon then contacted me to arrange a convenient date to have scaffolding erected again both guys were very friendly and 2 days later Luke & Lewis arrived and installed the 16 Hyundai panels, Growatt hybrid inverter and 3 x 3.3kw Growatt batteries within the day they done a great job and left my house clean and tidy and removed all the packaging. They're really responsive, communicative, knowledgeable, open and supportive of ideas, hard working, apologetic if a small issue does come up, tidy, professional, fast and comprehensive - and that's at every stage from 30 mins after completing a web enquiry form, through to after care. Harry, Devon, Payton in the office and Rob, Mark and all the other chaps who carried out installation all deserve recognition for being great ambassadors for the company. Somehow they do all of that and maintain great pricing. They were recommended to me, and now I understand why. I'll be doing the same.
