First, unlike all others, they do not ask for payment upfront, survey payments etc... you pay when the... read more work is done, this means you are relaxed through the whole process. Second, you can pay with your credit card, yes the whole amount. Third, I asked them to build a very complex system, I wanted the Sun in the morning too, why waste those extre Kwh to charge your battery and so they had to build it with 4 strings with 26 panels, now if you do not understand Solar like I did not, they could have done a cheap job and saved money, but ROB, their Installation manager cares, really cares, so he ensured the design would make sense so I got maxmiumn usages (careful here with the other fitters in the market, I have read horror stories, but not with this team). Fourth, on the morning of the install, there was a bit of a misunderstanding of what I wanted and what they were going to build, but unlike most companies that would go "tough, you signed it", they understood on the day of the build I wanted 7.5Kw in the house and they found a way to make changes in an hour, took back some gear and got me a totally different battery set up. So even doing all that, you think they would charge an extorianate rate, but nope, even then they came back with a modest modification to the original quote. Fifth, I wanted all the toys, Tigo, EPS, bird cage and more, and they did it, thats alot of extra work then your normal set up and they had their challenges (none their fault) but they came and until everything was not 100%, they ensured they were present, none of this "deal with the manufacturere", they took full ownership. Finally, their install team, some may call it white glove service, some may call it first class, all I can say is that they worked as if it was thier own house in even the smallest details, that even I thought wow, I would not even have got to that level of detail. Amazing team, amazing company, why everyone does not use them, I have no idea!!!
